This is a web broadcast on NBC5’s website that I was the leader writer on in June of 2025. The piece was a group project in which my classmates and I crafted an investigative piece about a city news topic. To gather the contents of the story, I oversaw a team of 12 while delegating research tasks and interview assignments. In finalizing the piece, I led collaborative script and article writing and used Adobe Premiere to edit footage and create graphics. Click the image to see the piece on NBC5’s website.

These are episodes of the podcast “So You Want to be a Reporter?” I produced as a graduate assistant for DePaul’s Center for Journalism Integrity and Excellence. To gather materials for the project, I conducted and recorded interviews with guests and wrote and led the recording of the hosts’ scripted materials. To finalize the piece, I chose interesting and cohesive soundbites and used Adobe Audition to compile and edit audio, prioritizing sound quality and overall flow of the episode.
